Accommodation is let only on the understanding that in the event of cancellation, a charge amounting to two-thirds of the full rate will be made.
In this eventuality we make every effort to re-let the cancelled accommodation, however, deposits are non-refundable and if cancellation is within twenty-four hours of arrival date, the total cost of the accommodation will be charged if not re-let, therefore we advise the use of suitable insurance to cover travel delays caused by weather conditions, or technical problems.
