Welcome to Wingletang , a friendly and well established guest house, located in Hugh Town on the island of St. Mary 's. A very fine example of traditional Scillonian architecture, Wingletang has been carefully restored with sympathetic updating, ensuring the cottage, over 200 years old, still retains a fine, cosy, traditional character, but also offers the comforts of today.

Wingletang Guest House is conveniently situated, overlooking the park, within easy level walking distance of all amenities in Hugh Town, including daily boat trips from the harbour, island bus tours, churches, the museum, local slide shows and amateur theatre productions. There are two sandy beaches within just a minute’s walk from the house, where you can discover beautiful coastal footpaths and exhilarating sea views.

The enchanting sub-tropical Isles of Scilly, lie twenty-eight miles south-west of Lands End, Cornwall. They are made up of more than one hundred islands, five of which are inhabited; St Mary’s, Tresco, St Martin’s, Bryher and St Agnes. Each has its own unique appeal and once they are visited, locals will ask, “Which is your favourite island?”

Warmed by the Gulf Stream, fringed by beaches of silver sand and clear blue sea, the Islands are an ideal place for tranquillity and relaxation. Scilly offers a wide range of interest; flora and fauna, seabirds, seals, history, picture galleries and craft workshops. There are also sport and leisure facilities, including sailing, windsurfing, snorkelling, diving, fishing and golf.
